This project involves the demolition and reconstruction of an existing depot building, refurbishment of a leisure centre, alterations to and existing multi-storey car park and construction of new residential units on top of the existing car park and leisure centre.

Our temporary works design included two tower crane bases, lateral restraints to party walls, independent checking of scaffold designs, checking mobile crane loads, underpinning, sequence of demolition,  temporary loads on floors and independent checking of flasework designs.
