Ladbroke Square

A new basement was constructed beneath the existing house to extend the whole length of the property and underneath the rear garden. L+C were responsible for the permanent design of the basement which was constructed using a contiguous piled wall and concrete retaining structure above.  L+C also provided the temporary works design and worked closely with the contractor to ensure careful sequencing of piling and underpinning operations.
