Summary: 88 St James's Street is a landmark Grade II listed residential and commercial period property on St James's Street, adjacent to St James's Palace and in one of London's most exclusive and world renowned districts. It currently comprises 40,000 ft2 of gross area including 11 residential apartments and 14,000 ft2 of commercial space.

The building is to be extensively refurbished to create 10 exclusive residential apartments.

L+C have been appointed by Knight Harwood as temporary works engineer for structural alteration to mansard roof, infilling of the existing lightwell, provision of terrace areas at rear fourth floor level and roof level, vault alterations and strengthening, underpinning, excavation works to extend the existing sub-basement level, internal structural alterations and load-bearing wall removal.
