Fleetway House

Lucking & Clark were involved in the design of the temporary works which was to enable the demolition of the existing reinforced concrete core of the building as well as facilitate the addition of extra three stories to the existing building.

The new reinforced concrete cores/ shear walls were constructed as permanent structure elsewhere in the building, prior to the removal of temporary works which included large steel braced sections, designed to act as the original core walls.
