34 Northbrook Street, Parkway, Newbury

Lucking & Clark were appointed as structural engineers to carry out the design of the temporary retention system for the existing façade of 34 Northbrook Street Parkway, Newbury.

As part of the exercise, close coordination of geotechnical data was required with regards to underlying peat strata in terms of short and long terms kentledge settlements, with close monitoring regime in place, as well as jacking of the temporary steel façade retention structure included as part of the works.
