Lords Mound Stand

Refurbishment of the listed Mound Stand at Lords Cricket Ground was a design and build project carried out in a very short timescale between cricket seasons. 

The project involved extension of the stand to allow the installation of a new passenger lift, enhancement of the hospitality areas of the stand including new finishes and improvements to the catering facilities.

The structural alterations included construction of the extension and lift shaft, extending the facade glazing, installation of glass partitions, modification of existing balustrades, partial infilling of existing stair voids, construction of a mezzanine plant room and forming service penetrations through floors and the spine plate girder.
