This project involved major refurbishment of a nine storey 1930s office building. Lucking & Clark carried out temporary and permanent works design for the major structural alterations.

The works included construction of new stair cores, infilling of existing stair cores, forming of service voids through downstand beams, forming of service risers through floors, installation of roof mounted plant and cleaning cradles.
