L+C were appointed as structural engineers by the building owners shortly after acquisition.

The project involves substantial remodelling of the concrete frame and complete re-cladding of the street-facing facades.

In its new configuration the building will have four storeys of retail accommodation, with four storeys of office accommodation above.
