It was a pleasure to collaborate with BW: Workplace Experts and the entire project team on the Cat A fit-out and roof terrace construction at 15 Suffolk Street, St James's for Greycoat Real Estate and Heitman.
Our responsibilities included appraising the existing structure and designing the structural elements necessary for constructing a new lift shaft and roof terrace, as well as extending an existing fire escape stairway.
