New Home, Surrey

Lucking & Clark LLP provided all the structural design for this large private house in Surrey. The new house replaces a previous smaller property but recreates many of its original details.

The house is largely steel framed to allow maximum freedom in the room layouts.

The project was completed in 2007. Of special note is the solid walnut "cantilever" feature stair.
