L+C were appointed as consulting structural engineers in respect of a new build dojo and office building, a stand alone pre-fabricated teaching unit, a refurbished caretaker's cottage that accommodates the administration team and refurbishment/upgrade to the existing gym.

The design of the dojo and office building consisted of a braced steel frame structure, with composite floors and beams. The building was clad in blue preforated metal sheets to match the charity's profile.
