Lucking & Clark LLP were appointed by Eiffel to design a series of three-storey replacement structural glass facades as part of a refurbishment of this established building for British Land.

The ground floor storey utilises unusually strong double glazed panels, which span 3.8 metres vertically without additional structure.

The second and third storey glazing is hung from a grid of stainless steel fins.
