Piotr Wasik

Piotr graduated in 2005 from Krakow University of Technology, Poland. Through that year, he was a CAD technician for an architectural firm in the USA, specialising in single-family residences. That one-year experience gave him a chance to better understand the way Architects think of the building and its function.

After he completed his Master of Science in Engineering degree in November 2005, he joined a structural consultancy based in Krakow, where he was involved in the design process of several multi-storey residential and commercial buildings. Piotr joined L+C in October 2007, initially working as a CAD technician, which proved his drafting and engineering skills. Since the start of 2008, he worked as an engineer on a variety of projects, including glass façades, special structures, subterranean extensions, and feature stairs. Assisting both main and sub-contractors on the demanding commercial structural refurbishment projects from initial concept to completion, Piotr has gained in-depth knowledge of the design of bespoke temporary works, construction techniques and works sequencing. 

In 2018, Piotr was elected a member of The Institution of Structural Engineers and by 2024 had progressed to the Principal Engineer role. In recognition of his contribution to the success of the business, Piotr was promoted to an Associate in 2025. His technical skills and dedication enable him to build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
