Reception/Administration Assistant (11 Month Cover)

Location: Central London

A typical candidate would be self-motivated, with good time management skills.  A problem solver, who can work well on pressured timescales with attention to detail.

Duties would include; responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate person, mail distribution, flow of correspondance and requisition of supplies. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organising and maintaining paper and electronic files.  Providing general office support.

On offer is a good salary, £18K to 20K per annum (dependant on experience) a friendly working environment and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, paid overtime and 25 days' annual leave.
