L+C provided structural engineering services for this new build 6 bedroom family house with a single storey basement and internal swimming pool. The superstructure was constructed using reinforced concrete walls, columns and suspended slabs. The basement was constructed ‘bottom-up’ using contiguous perimeter pile walls and reinforced concrete lining walls and slabs.
